Join us on November 28th for a unique and relaxing experience combining yoga and the company of adoptable cats! Bonding with cats is known to provide emotional support and reduce stress, while yoga promotes relaxation, strength, balance, and flexibility. Together, they create the purr-fect class for both your mind and body.

During the session, you’ll enjoy practicing yoga while interacting with adorable cats, and every participant helps make a difference—$10 from each registration will be donated to the Humane Society of Jefferson County.

• Experience Level: Open to all levels, no previous yoga experience required.
