Milton Common Council will borrow $3 million from the Bank of Brodhead to fund the purchase of land in the Crossroads Business Park.

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital partnered with Rock County Public Health to add a harm reduction vending machine to its emergency waiting room on Thursday.
The machine supplies naloxone, fentanyl test kits, HIV test kits, disposal bags and education tools (24/7) following a recent overdose spike.
U.S. senators from Wisconsin disagreed on funding proposals for a broken health care system during a key vote yesterday; Sen. Tammy Baldwin pushed for a tax break extension + Sen. Ron Johnson called for consumer-driven reforms.
Nearly 300,000 residents could see doubled premiums next year.
