Gov. Tony Evers and Ho-Chunk Nation leaders unveiled two new dual-language highway signs during a Thursday ceremony in Baraboo.
The signage comes with a funding plan (providing $1M yearly per tribal nation) for 11 state tribes over two years.

Doctors in south central Wisconsin are noting increased vaccine hesitancy among patients after CDC advisers voted Friday to end the practice of giving newborns the hepatitis B vaccine.
The change—intended to boost parental autonomy—may lead to higher insurance co-pays and deductibles and prompt more questions among parents.

Two Wisconsin wheelchair curlers (Steve Emt of DeForest and Laura Dwyer of Oconomowoc) qualified for Team USA for the 2026 Paralympic Winter Games in Italy when they won the mixed doubles title at the Team Trials in North Dakota.
They will compete when the games open on March 6.
