  • The Janesville City Council will meet Monday, Oct. 27 in a closed session to discuss potential data center proposals for the former General Motors and JATCO sites — a move that comes amid routine planning.   • Local high school teams played in the WIAA football playoffs as southern Wisconsin schools traveled across the state and many advanced to Level 2—scores show Stratford’s 41-9 win over Richland Center and Middleton’s strong Division 1 performance.
