The Janesville City Council will meet Monday, Oct.
27 in a closed session to discuss potential data center proposals for the former General Motors and JATCO sites — a move that comes amid routine planning. The Rock County Board has approved $200,000 to two agencies to help local people recover from opiate use—funds that will support treatment programs in the county.
