- ➤ Attorney General Josh Kaul announced a $4.8 million settlement with TFG Holding, Inc. for deceptive advertising and billing practices in its VIP Membership Program. The settlement will reimburse eligible consumers $3.8 million (including $117,652.75 for Wisconsin residents) and requires the company to clarify membership terms and simplify cancellations. WKOW
