Today, the Janesville Community Development Authority approved $299,000 in HOME funds for Milwaukee-based nonprofit Acts Housing to launch a revolving fund for buying, rehabilitating and reselling affordable homes.
The project will start with repairs on at least six houses in its first year and aims to reach 30 homes over five years.
