The Janesville Noon Rotary Club held its annual free sweet corn drive-thru event on Saturday at Traxler Park, and residents enjoyed a local tradition of receiving sweet corn.

On Sunday, Janesville’s Riverside Park hosted the Riverside Music Festival where live music filled the park and community members shared memories—proceeds will be reinvested to improve the park.

Heavy rain raised water levels on the Rock River at Afton and officials issued a slow-no-wake order to help keep boaters safe using a standard water safety rule.
