- ➤ Rock County prosecutors on Thursday charged Paul Van Duyne & Andrea Whitaker with attempted homicide in a cyanide poisoning plot targeting two women linked to Van Duyne; Van Duyne was arrested Sunday after entering a second victim’s home, and Whitaker was arrested Monday with a $750,000 bail set, while investigators used Madison's hazardous materials team to search three homes and both are set to appear in court on Friday.
