- ➤ The Herb Kohl Educational Foundation has recognized 115 educators with a total of ($1.4 million) in awards, offering each teacher a ($6,000) fellowship and each principal a $6,000 leadership award plus a matching school grant. - ➤ The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is seeking volunteers to help survey frog and toad breeding calls in several spring and early summer campaigns — volunteers will follow distinct routes in traditional, mink frog, and phenology surveys to support conservation efforts. WKOW
